Tulsa police arrested a suspect accused of shooting at his fiance multiple times and hitting her once in the foot.
Officers arrested Aron Chisholm on complaints of shooting with intent to kill, assault with a deadly weapon and domestic assault and battery after a felony conviction.
The arrest came after a woman who said she was Chisholm’s fiance called 911 and reported she was outside a police station and that he had shot her, according to a news release.
Officers found Chisholm near 32nd Street North after he attempted to flee in a wooded area near the couple’s home in the 3100 block of East 34th Street North.
The woman was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries, the release states.
